You are cordially invited to the Annual General Meeting of Cancer Support France Provence Gard on
Thursday 15, February 2024 at 11.00am.
The meeting will be held at Logis Hotel, 2bis Rue de l’Emmeraude, 30700 Uzès.
Members may opt to stay for lunch at the hotel following the meeting.
Details of menu and price will be sent in a separate communication.
At this meeting you will have the opportunity to elect members to the CSFPG Bureau. This consists of President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary.
If you, or any member known to you, wish to be nominated for any of these roles please notify the CSFPG President, Graham Means (contact details below) giving names of nominee, proposer and seconder by Monday 5 February 2024.
Any CSFPG member unable to participate is entitled to a postal vote.

The Agenda will include reports from President, Vice President, Treasurer and Client Coordinator.
As a CSFPG member you are also entitled to propose items for the Agenda.

Following the AGM on Thursday February 15, 2024 at Logis Hotel, 2bis Rue de l’Emmeraude, 30700 Uzès there will be a lunch at 12.30pm.
The menu is as follows:-
Quiche du Chef
Filet de poulet sauce parmesan
Coeur Fondant Chocolat
The cost is 19 euros or 25 euros with 1/4 bottle of wine and coffee.
A vegetarian option is available though details are as yet not known.
